Born in July 1970, graduated from Centrale Nantes High School in 1993, Philippe Naïm, passionate by numerical modeling began his career in the structural analysis of Ariane 5 Launcher. In 1998 he joined Goodrich Actuation Systems as Head of Support program where he learned customer management in crisis situations and develops its mindset oriented solutions. 

In October 2002, he joined the Safran Group, initially at Messier-Bugatti, responsible of services marketing then as director marketing sales and services. He developed innovative service offer named GlobalCare whose flagship product was the flight hour service for Airbus A380. In 2012, he joined Snecma and creates the Service Innovation Workshop, breakthrough innovation structure that aims to use the leverage of information technology to create value for Snecma’s customers. Appointed vice President Development Strategy of Safran Analytics, entity dedicated to Big Data in the Safran group, in March 2015, he is in charge of the creation of this entity. Throughout his career Philippe Naïm developed his entrepreneurial spirit that makes him an expert in the development of innovative structures from a blank page. His great knowledge of the customer relationship, allow him to remain focused on the real levers of value creation for customers.
