Marco is an Accenture Managing Director and in his Aerospace & Defense Client Lead role is responsible for the coordination of the activities of the 6 Accenture businesses (strategy, consulting, digital, technology, operations and security) for his client portfolio across geographies.
Over the last 15 years, Marco has gained extensive experience on large scale transformation programs (processes, tools, people) in high complexity industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Electronics & High Tech and Automotive & Industrial Equipment. His main areas of expertise are: procurement and supply chain management, manufacturing, product lifecycle management and post-merger integration. Marco has been the architect behind several recent digital turnarounds programs conducted across Europe that exploited different digital enablers/levers (analytics, IoT, industry X.0) to achieve performance leaps or re-design entire business models.

Marco has a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago
